Role Purpose To drive organizational effectiveness and employee value creation by supporting HC initiatives, organizational development, and rewards programs, while ensuring high data accuracy, effective reporting, and seamless administrative support for all OD, Rewards, and Projects. This role combines OD & Rewards responsibilities with robust data management, analytics, and process support. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities Organizational Development & Effectiveness • Prepare, maintain, and update organizational charts; recommend improvements to ensure optimal structural alignment. • Support job evaluation and grading processes to ensure internal equity and consistency. • Assist in change management initiatives, including restructuring, workforce optimization, and organizational transitions. Data Management & Administrative Support • Manage and maintain the central repository of HC data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems. • Ensure HC data accuracy in systems, Tahweel through regular validation, cleansing, and reconciliation. • Prepare ad hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations for OD, Rewards, Projects and for overall HC. • Provide administrative and analytical support to the Manager / Senior Manager – OD & Rewards. Workforce Planning, Headcount & Hiring Support • Assist with FTE and Non-FTE headcount tracking, vacancy monitoring, and reporting. • Review overall headcount and vacancies and provide data-driven inputs to HC leadership. • Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team on external and internal hiring activities. • Respond to position-related enquiries and advise on approved structure, grades, and budgets. Compensation, Rewards & Performance Cycles • Support administration of compensation and rewards programs in line with approved policies and grade structures. • Assist in performance-based bonus calculations, validations, and supporting documentation. • Support mid-year reviews and annual review cycles, including promotions, salary revisions, and related analysis. • Review and support offer approvals to ensure alignment with approved pay ranges, grades, and internal guidelines. Reporting, Dashboards & Analytics • Consolidate the monthly management dashboard covering headcount, vacancies, movements, and rewards data. • Prepare DH ad hoc reports as required by leadership. • Support preparation and maintenance of the annual HC dashboard, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Standardization & Compliance • Support development and maintenance of SOPs, policies, and process documentation. • Ensure accurate record-keeping to support audits, governance, and internal compliance requirements. Knowledge & Experience Minimum Qualification: • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience: • 4–6 years of relevant experience in HC operations or HC analytics • Experience in data management, reporting, and HC system utilization is essential Technical Competencies: • HC operations, OD, and rewards program administration • Workforce planning, HC analytics, and reporting • Excel, dashboards, and HC technology tools • Process standardization and documentation Behavioural Competencies: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Effective communication and stakeholder management • Proactive, organized, and process-oriented • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadline
