Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, target, and initiate contact with prospective clients through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
• Client Onboarding: Walk prospective clients through company offerings, account opening procedures, and product specifications.
• Market Presentation: Pitch financial products, market insights, and trading opportunities tailored to individual client goals.
• Pipeline Tracking: Maintain accurate logs of client interactions, follow-ups, and conversion metrics in the CRM system.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with global financial trends, market indicators, asset classes, and internal compliance regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience in sales, forex, financial services, brokerage, banking, or related industries is an advantage. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Candidates with UAE sales experience are preferred.
