DIVISION OF TRANSDISCIPLINARY UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMMES Senior Executive Officer / Executive Officer (25260658)                                                                        The Division of Transdisciplinary Undergraduate Programmes (DTUP) at HKBU is dedicated to advancing transdisciplinary undergraduate education. Our work includes coordinating efforts across various Faculties and Schools within the University, as well as collaborating with both local and international partners to deliver innovative transdisciplinary courses and our unique Bachelor of Arts, Science and Technology (Hons) in Individualised Major. We are now inviting applications for the position of Senior Executive Officer / Executive Officer. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with academic staff, students, and external partners to support the Division’s daily operations and contribute to enhancing the overall student experience. Responsibilities: * Provide secretarial and administrative support to DTUP, including course coordination and secretariat duties; * Communicate and liaise professionally with faculty members, students, and both local and overseas external partners; * Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for DTUP’s projects and activities; * Coordinate events and activities, such as webinars, seminars, study tours, outreach initiatives, and student showcases, including occasional travel (e.g., visits to the Zhuhai Campus); * Prepare timely promotional and publicity materials for DTUP and its events; * Manage DTUP’s social media platforms to enhance engagement and visibility; and * Provide general team support and assist with ad hoc tasks as required. Requirements: * A good bachelor's degree with at least three years of relevant work experience in higher education, communications, administration, or related fields; * Maturity, the ability to work independently, self-motivation, and a detail-oriented and analytical mindset;  * Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua; * Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively within a team and with diverse stakeholders;  * Advanced proficiency in computer applications, including MS Word/Excel and Chinese Word; * Experience in secretariat support is highly preferred; and * Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva) and experience in both print and digital production would be a bonus. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written assessment. Applicants with less relevant work experience may be considered for the post of Executive Officer.
