SCHOOL OF BUSINESS OFFICE OF THE DEAN OF BUSINESS Senior Executive Officer (25260214) The appointee will provide administrative support to the MSc in Family Office Management (MScFOM) programme of the School. Responsibilities: Providing administrative and executive support to the MSc in Family Office Management (MScFOM) programme within the School; Overseeing the daily operation of the programme; Handling programme-level administrative tasks including recruitment, admissions, curriculum, quality assurance, marketing, and promotion; Organising student events and co-curricular activities; Providing secretarial and logistics support for committees; Liaising with internal and external units/parties; Assisting in various School-wide functions and events; and Perform any other duties as assigned. Requirements: A recognised bachelor’s degree with at least five years of post-qualification work experience, with significant experience in programme administration; Strong sense of ownership and be flexible with competing priorities and changes; Strong interpersonal, analytical, organisational, and communication skills; and A high standard of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua) and proficiency in Putonghua would definitely be an advantage. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview. The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of two years. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to performance review, mutual agreement, and availability of funding. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
