SCHOOL OF BUSINESS OFFICE OF THE DEAN OF BUSINESS Senior Executive Officer, Research Postgraduate Programme (25260636) The School of Business is looking for a self-motivated and responsible candidate to join the team managing the Research Postgraduate Programme (PhD) under the Dean’s Office as a Senior Executive Officer.  The appointee will primarily engage in managing PhD student matters and activities, as well as programme promotions and admissions. Responsibilities: * Manage the end-to-end administrative processes for the RPg programmes, including admissions, registration, examinations, and scholarships/studentships; * Oversee the RPg programme website and social media platforms, including content creation (news, social feeds), and basic graphic design; * Plan, organise, and manage logistics for PhD student events, seminars, and other programme-related activities; liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, students, vendors, and University units; * Provide secretarial support to committees, working groups, and meetings related to RPg programmes, including agenda preparation, meeting arrangements, and minute-taking; * Compile, analyse, and report statistical data for the programme and quality assurance schemes; prepare proposals, reports, and submissions as required; * Maintain accurate and effective record systems and databases; * Handle operational and financial matters such as purchasing requests and payments; and * Perform any other duties as assigned by the Dean of the School or delegates. Requirements: * A recognised bachelor’s degree or higher, with preferably four years of relevant post-qualification experience, particularly within the tertiary education sector; * An excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); * Be familiar with social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Weibo; * Experience in designing visuals with a high level of computer literacy is a plus; * Self-motivated, with a “can-do” spirit and a strong sense of ownership; and * Strong communication and organisational skills, as well as attention to detail. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and/or an interview. The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of up to two years.  Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to performance review, mutual agreement, and availability of funding.  Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
