Responsibilities

The role involves reviewing, calling, analyzing, and managing the assigned outstanding receivables portfolio by ensuring outstanding or denied claims are resolved. This includes following up effectively with insurance companies for necessary additional information and resolving claims within defined timelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
