Location: San Francisco (100% In-Office) Experience: 4+ years This is a senior role. Giga builds and deploys AI support agents for the largest B2C companies in the world. Enterprises like DoorDash trust Giga with their most complex support and operations problems, dramatically improving their resolution rate while also accelerating their operations roadmap from years to months. About the Role You’ll operate as a senior problem-solver and execution partner to leadership—running the operating cadence, aligning teams, and delivering outcomes on high-priority initiatives. This is a hands-on role that blends program leadership, communication, and rigorous follow-through. Who You Are You have broad strategic knowledge, operations strength, and business savvy. You have some exposure to recruiting operations and know how to support spinning up teams to solve problems. You feel comfortable being a trusted representative of the executive team both internally and externally.
