Translate business requirements into structured specifications and collaborate with IT and vendors to design, implement, and validate scalable digital solutions. Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, and ceremonies to resolve trade-offs, secure decisions, and manage stakeholder expectations. Proactively identify blockers and root causes, propose actionable solutions, and champion a culture of continuous improvement in how change is delivered.
