Description
The Role: We are looking for a Senior Executive, Paid Performance & Measurement to drive user acquisition for Shikho’s mobile app through data-driven paid media campaigns. This role is execution-focused and ideal for someone with hands-on experience running mobile app marketing campaigns across major advertising platforms. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment, managing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and supporting growth experimentation. You will work closely with the Growth Lead, Brand team, BI team, and Product team to scale performance marketing initiatives and improve campaign effectiveness. Key Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Paid Media Campaign Execution • Plan, launch, and manage paid acquisition campaigns across digital platforms including: Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), Google Ads (including App Campaigns), TikTok Ads or other emerging channels • Focus on driving: mobile app installs, user acquisition, re-engagement campaigns, retargeting initiatives 2. Campaign Optimization • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns by: - analyzing performance metrics such as CPI, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate - identifying performance trends and optimization opportunities - conducting A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and campaign structures - improving targeting strategies to maximize campaign efficiency 3. App Event Tracking & Measurement • Support the monitoring and implementation of app events and conversion tracking, attribution reporting, campaign measurement frameworks • Work with tools such as: Firebase, Google Analytics, MMP platforms (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer) 4. Audience Management • Develop and manage audience strategies including: custom audiences, lookalike/similar audiences, retargeting audience, event-based audience segmentation • Support deeper audience experimentation to improve campaign performance. 5. Analytics & Reporting • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Prepare performance reports highlighting: key metrics, campaign insights, optimization opportunities 6. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with: - Brand team for creative assets - Product team for event tracking and deep links - BI team for audience insights and performance analysis - Ensure campaign execution aligns with overall growth goals.
