Your focus will be on maintaining operational efficiency, minimizing risk, and delivering exceptional service through meticulous process management and execution. Responsibilities: Core Payment Operations: Execute and Monitor Daily Payment Processes: Diligently process and monitor all incoming and outgoing payment transactions, ensuring adherence to established procedures and deadlines. Operational Reconciliation and Exception Handling: Perform rigorous daily reconciliation of payment transactions, identifying and swiftly resolving discrepancies and handling payment exceptions with precision. Process Optimization and Efficiency: Continuously evaluate and improve payment operations processes to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline workflows. Operational Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and comprehensive payment operations documentation, including process maps, SOPs, and operational reports. System and Tool Management: Effectively utilize payment processing systems and tools, ensuring optimal performance and identifying opportunities for automation. Operational Issue Resolution and Support: Investigate and Resolve Operational Issues: Investigate and resolve payment-related operational issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions. Operational Support for Internal and External Stakeholders: Provide timely and accurate operational support to internal teams and external partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Operational Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, customer support, and technology, to ensure seamless operational integration. Operational Compliance and Risk Management: Operational Compliance Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to all relevant payment regulations, internal policies, and operational procedures. Operational Risk Mitigation: Assist in identifying and mitigating operational risks associated with payment processing. Operational Audit Support: Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and timely operational data and documentation.
