Senior Executive - Planning (Based at MAS Fabric – Matrix - Thulhiriya) MAS Matrix, is a diversified flat-knit apparel manufacturing facility under MAS Holdings. Matrix houses 1000 Stoll flatbed machines offerings athleisure wear, performance wear, essentials and knit components for global brands such as Nike, Decathlon, Gymshark, Lacoste, Victoria's Secret and Stoko. Changing business dynamics prompted Matrix to explore innovative product solutions that go beyond the traditional realm of sweaters, launching its latest product platform, MVTM, a collection of highly functional, versatile, and fashion-forward designs. Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to prepare the style size wise weekly plan knitting, Post knitting and other supporting departments and follow-up with timely availability of raw materials for the production process in order to meet on time delivery to the customer. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare the style wise daily plan for knitting and Post knit with refer T&A, RM availability and monthly capacity availability to meet customer required delivery. * Prepare supporting plans for the production plan such as the following to facilitate the production process. * Review and analyze actual production against plan and inform relevant parties about significant deviations to ensure corrective action is taken immediately to achieve delivery targets * Attend the daily delivery meeting and participate in discussing and resolving any production related issues to ensure the achievement of the requirement. * •     Check the in-house status against committed in house dates, informing any delays to the merchants, identifying possible action plans so as to ensure such delays affecting the production process are addressed.   KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * B. Sc (Physical Science) * 3 to 4 years’ experience in Enterprise Resource Planning * Experience in Production planning / supply chain / operations (preferably apparel industry) Experience * working in a fast‐paced manufacturing environment * Negotiation Skills * Problem solving skills * Communication and Presentation skills * Analytical skills & MS Excel
Responsibilities
Prepare daily and weekly production plans for knitting and post-knitting departments to ensure on-time customer delivery. Monitor raw material availability and analyze actual production against plans to implement corrective actions for deviations.
