Senior Executive - Planning Based at Thulhiriya MAS Matrix is a diversified flat-knit apparel manufacturing facility under MAS Holdings. Matrix houses 1000 Stoll flatbed machines offerings athleisure wear, performance wear, essentials and knit components for global brands such as Nike, Decathlon, Gymshark, Lacoste, Victoria's Secret and Stoko. Changing business dynamics prompted Matrix to explore innovative product solutions that go beyond the traditional realm of sweaters, launching its latest product platform, MVTM, a collection of highly functional, versatile, and fashion-forward designs Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS Matrix. This role would enable you to prepare Monthly & Weekly plan to meet budgeted capacities for the plant and ensure optimum utilization of resources to meet on time delivery to the customer. Key Responsibilities: Review production plans which are prepared by planners and optimize capacity. Make sure achieve customer delivery on time while fulfil capacity in knitting, Post knit & washing. Highlight any open capacity or over capacity in relevant month. Implement mechanisms to monitor adherence to the capacity plan, facilitate optimization of production efficiencies by moderating variances in styles and thereby changeovers, while planning facilities to meet and exceed budgeted standard hours. Conduct a Daily order status review meeting by liaising with relevant divisions to discuss on raw material availability and garment delivery status for confirmed orders and communicate other relevant information to finalize work in progress and update plant capacity statistics. Conduct a weekly production review meeting with plant representatives to update the production plan based on the actual production, while initiating action plans for possible delivery delays, production advancement and circulating the updated production plan to relevant parties. Review Knit & post knit plan with the planners and discuss the action plan to achieve the required output/SAH while communicating the same Plan the stages of Factory Integration (FI) process and follow-up to achieve planned KSD’s & PSDs. Knowledge and Skills: Degree in Mathematics or Statistics Specific Experience Required Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in production planning, preferably in apparel manufacturing Exposure to knitting, sewing, and product development cycles Good communications skills
