Description

Purpose: To prepare capacity plans and ensure optimum utilization of resources in order to meet on 100% DIFOT to the customer. Key Responsibilities: • Meet customer delivery requirements by aligning production schedules with on-time delivery performance • Develop accurate capacity plans for Jacquard looms, ensuring optimal machine loading based on style complexity, speed, efficiency, and operator capability. • Prepare machine allocation plans and release production schedules to Production teams. • Follow up on greige booking realization and ensure effective control of greige stock levels • Monitor machine output vs. plan daily and highlight deviations with root causes • Track loom efficiencies, downtime, speed losses, and waste percentages impacting • capacity • Prevent pollution by waste reduction, recycling of general waste (paper, elastic) and comply to applicable legal and other requirements to ensure adherence to standards practiced. • Adherence to health & safety standards and 5S standards practiced within the organization in order to maintain a suitable working environment. Qualifications and Experience: Educational Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physical Science or a related field from a reputed university. Professional Experience: • 3-4 years’ experience preferably in manufacturing sector. • Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management within a manufacturing environment. • Good understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies.
