QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in planning, retail space management, or commercial property is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong interest and aptitude are welcome to apply.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Planning Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support the planning, optimization, and strategic development of our retail and commercial spaces within the transit network including Workstation in asset management businesses. This includes budget planning, benchmarking analysis, performance analysis & reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare stakeholder and management reports including business and performance updates, and risk management reports.
  • Work with internal stakeholder to prepare monthly financial performance reports.
  • Consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources to generate insights for space planning and portfolio optimization.
  • Support feasibility studies and scenario planning for new business developments
  • Work closely with internal departments (e.g. Sales, Digital, Operations, Leasing, Lease Management, Marketing, and Finance) to align planning efforts with business priorities.
  • Support internal meetings including board meeting as Secretariat team to coordinate and track meetings and action items, ensuring timely updates and follow-through
