Overview Lawyer with 4-8 years experience with specialisation or expertise in global Labour/employment issues Responsibilities Lawyer with 4-6 years’ experience and expertise in global HR and employment laws. This role will provide legal guidance on all employment-related matters, ensure compliance with labour laws, and support in managing employee relations, policies, and risk mitigation. Key Responsibilities Advise on employment law compliance, including labour regulations, workplace policies, and employee rights. Draft, review, and update employment contracts, HR policies, and internal guidelines. Provide legal support for employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, terminations, and grievances. Manage and resolve employment disputes, including handling pre-litigation and liaising with external counsel when necessary. Ensure compliance with local labour laws, data protection regulations, and workplace safety requirements. Assist with internal investigations related to workplace misconduct or compliance breaches. Requirements Qualification & Skills Law degree (LL.B or equivalent). 4 - 6 years of experience in labour/employment law, preferably in an in-house role or with a law firm specializing in labour and HR matters. Strong knowledge of multi-jurisdictional employment issues, labour laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance frameworks. Strong problem-solving and risk management skills. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
