KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: To work with the Technical teams and provide construction solutions thereby, confirming the garment is ready for durability conditions. To hold responsibility of achieving the sample sewing plan execution whilst, working with the Development Technical & Merchandizing team. To liaise with Pre-production and Production teams in order to provide guidance and information pertaining to the product development knowledge gained. Knowledge and Skills: Degree or HND in Textile Engineering or Physical Science. 5‐7 years’ industry experience including the development and bulk process. Experience in the sample room operations and planning Expertise in sewing technical and machinery knowledge Experience in Team Member allocation and handling. Good Communication Skills. Good Planning and Organizing Skills. Excellent Analytical Skills.

Responsibilities

The role involves working with technical teams to provide construction solutions and ensuring the garment meets durability conditions. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for executing the sample sewing plan and liaising with pre-production and production teams.
