QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Diploma and/or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area (e.g. Product Management, Business Administration).
  • 1-2 years relevant experience preferred (e.g. Product Management, Project Management, Business Development) with some role in revenue accountability
  • Besides Microsoft Office, familiarity with any project management tools will be helpful (e.g. Slack, Trello).

SKILLS

  • We are looking for an independent and resourceful self-starter who is flexible and comfortable working with ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • The incumbent should thrive in a fast-paced work environment which encourages critical thinking and problem-solving.
  • A strong level of written and spoken English is critical. Being able to speak and write in Mandarin to Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and partners is highly advantageous.
  • Candidate should be detail-oriented and have Product/Project Management and Time Management-related skillsets.
  • Candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and can foster collaborative teamwork across teams/organisations.

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

Seeking an organised and detail-oriented Senior Executive to assist product managers in planning, executing, and monitoring product activities. Your responsibilities will include preparing product/project materials, coordinating schedules with internal and external stakeholders, tracking progress across products/projects, and ensuring timely deliverables. Strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams are essential, especially in an ambiguous environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist product managers in supporting product/project management such as presentations, budgets, schedules, plans and delivery outcomes.
  • Execute product/project management, administrative, and bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports.
  • Supervise the product/project procurement process, if any.
  • Meeting with product/project stakeholders to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines.
  • Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the product/project team has what’s needed at the right time
  • Be the liaison between the product team and project stakeholders (internal and external) throughout the product life cycle
  • Help product managers monitor project progress and performance and provide updates to project stakeholders
  • Schedule internal and external stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports
  • Foster cross-team collaboration to help product team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables
