The role supports project managers in tracking milestones, resources, and deliverables across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines using planning tools (Primavera / MS Project). Develop work breakdown structures (WBS), resource loading, and manpower planning. Track project progress against baseline schedules and identify deviations. Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports for internal and external stakeholders. Monitor critical path activities and highlight risks, delays, and mitigation plans. Coordinate with project execution, engineering, procurement, and site teams for schedule adherence. Support billing, forecasting, and cost control activities in coordination with commercial teams. Assist in change management, claims, and variation tracking related to project schedules. Ensure compliance with internal project governance and reporting standards. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of project planning and scheduling methodologies. Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 / MS Project. Good understanding of project execution lifecycle (Engineering, Procurement, Construction). Strong analytical and reporting skills. Effective communication and stakeholder coordination abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project dashboards. Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Instrumentation preferred). 5–8 years of relevant experience in project planning and control, preferably in MEP / ELV / Industrial / Infrastructure projects. Experience working on multi-location or large-scale projects will be an added advantage.
