MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES Responsibilities: To manage and monitor of renovation/asset enhancement works with coordination and follow up with all parties concerned To conduct diagnostic and feasibility studies on retail properties To handle tendering and appointment of consultants, designers, architects, contractors, service providers, etc. To supervise performance of site progress through regular meetings, on-site inspection etc. to review quality of workmanship and comply with specifications. To work within capital expenditure budgets and within time deadlines Handle ad-hoc assignments as requested. Degree in Building Surveying / Building Studies or related disciplines; member of HKIS / RICS or equivalent accredited organization is preferred but not required Minimum 4 years relevant experience in renovation / A&A and fitting out works with retail mall experience Familiar with statutory submission requirements and procedures Good in project management, consultants’ coordination, construction supervision, contract administration and communication skills Team player with a high level of responsibility & commitment Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
