Job Title Senior Executive – Quality Assurance Reporting To Assistant VP Location Gangaikondan Grade/ Level SE Job Objective Responsible for ensuring compliance with defined quality, process, and assurance standards. The role focuses on monitoring adherence to systems, procedures, and controls to ensure consistent performance, risk mitigation, and continual improvement. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities KPIs 1) Ensure compliance with established quality, process, and assurance standards Monitor adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and control plans 2) Support implementation and maintenance of QMS / IMS / process frameworks Assist in root cause analysis and corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) 3) Work closely with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain Resolve complex process issues and manage cross-functional dependencies 4) Promote continuous improvement culture on shopfloor / project sites Support training and awareness on process tools and methodologies SECTION VI: ROLE PROFILE REQUIREMENTS Education Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering / Quality / Management / Science Preferred: Certification in ISO 9001 / Internal Auditor / Quality Assurance Experience 4–7 years of experience in Assurance / Quality / Compliance / Audit roles Exposure to audits, compliance checks, and reporting systems Competencies CORE COMPETENCIES LEADERSHIP/ BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES Assurance and compliance monitoring Audit and review techniques Integrity and ethical judgment Strong communication skills
