About the role- Driving compliance to GRMS, GMP, LMR, FSSA & Food Safety Management – performance monitoring and Governance. Driving Quality KPI’s for the targets and Improvements Projects. End to End in process / Online quality Monitoring. QA inspection activities in bottlery as per SOP. ENA, HBS, Blends, RW, BWW, DMW approval and process controls. EOL inspection. Monitoring Quality Management Systems. GFPQS implementation and defect reduction Periodic review of QMS. Preparation of monthly reports for RQC-S. Quality Performance reports generation. Involvement in wet goods, Dry goods and Packing Quality. End to End in process / Online Quality Monitoring. Customer complaint sample collection, analysis, working – RCA & CAPA. Performance monitoring, Training & Development of Unit QC on sensory, L1, GMP, testing/analysis, calibration of instruments , LMR, FSSA & FSMS. Internal audit plan, conducting the internal audits & review with stakeholders Daily Discussion with Production Team on GFPQS Corrective & Preventive Action Quality SOP’s & MIS reports , NEWGEN/ PMCR system are regularly monitored. Qualification: MSc Food Tech, Biochemistry, Chemistry /M.Tech- Food Tech Experience / skills required - 3-5 years of PQE, in Food technology/chemical engineering Flexible Working Statement- Flexibility is key to our success.
