Description

Role summary: a) Customer representative on shop floor b) Ensure all leading indicators inline to avoid the customer complaints/ claims c) To ensure the quality functioning as per the plan throughout the chain. d) To ensure the adequacy of the Quality management systems as per the IMS (ISO 9001, 45001 &14001) requirements and to maintain. Key responsibilities and activities include, but is not limited to: - Management of QMS throughout the organisation and interaction with the other department to secure the same. - Managing Internal and external audit (i.e. customer, certifying bodies, TP etc). - Follow up on regular basis on the targets or specific assignments to the members of the management review. - Updating the superiors regarding the progress of all the allotted tasks on regular basis. - Maintains records as a part of documents compliance. - Maintain HOKE and safety throughout the areas of responsibility - Ensure all leading and lagging indicators are maintained as per the goal. - Drive improvements - cost reduction as well as quality improvement Key Responsibilities & Job Content QC: - Testing of the product as per QAP / INTERNAL TEST PLAN - Corrective actions and compliance to the corrective actions on NC’s and CCF’s - Evaluate incoming goods and finished products as per the Roxul Rockwool- control procedures and work instruction. Customer: - - Addressing and integrating customer specific requirements - Customer satisfaction. Certification: - - Quality Certification of finish goods - Secure the implementation and right to use of the quality marks / certificates of finished goods and health certificates like EUCEB, KORONA etc. - Interactions with external certifying bodies for the surveillances - Responsible to conduct all kind of product certificate audits. Laboratory: - - Prepare and updating the product and raw material specifications. - Third party inspection of products and raw materials as per the agreed frequency. - Carrying out the inspection of product and raw material as per specs / work instruction / frequency - Ensure the calibration of all the labs equipment. - Improvement: - - Proposing and implementing cost saving activities in responsibility. - Productivity improvement in PSM line - Reduce cost of manufacturing in PSM line - Improve the fire properties of our products - Reduction in cost of product testing. - New Raw Material development & trials.
