Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITY 1. CAFM System Management: Oversee maintenance, updates, and optimization of the CAFM system to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with organizational standards. 2. IoT Operations & Upkeep: Manage IoT devices and infrastructure, ensuring proper integration, monitoring, and consistent functionality. 3. Support in Digital Solutions: Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of APM digital platforms to improve operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. 4. Utility Bill Management Solution (UBMS): Manage and optimize UBMS processes, ensuring accurate utility tracking, reporting, and cost management. 5. SharePoint & Power BI Support: Develop, implement, and maintain SharePoint sites and Power BI dashboards for reporting, performance monitoring, and management insights. 6. Performance Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present performance management reports, including service provider performance, to track KPIs, measure service delivery effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement. 7. System Functionality Monitoring: Evaluate system performance to ensure alignment with operational goals, recommending upgrades or adjustments for improved efficiency. 8. Compliance & ISO 9001: Ensure organizational processes and documentation comply with ISO 9001 standards and internal policies, supporting audits and continuous improvement initiatives. 9. Team Support & Development: Assist in training, motivation, and performance evaluation of team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. 10. Project & System Implementation Support: Assist in implementing and improving system solutions, coordinating with IT and relevant teams for smooth deployment. 11. Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and organizational effectiveness. 12. Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Manage departmental initiatives and additional tasks as required to support strategic objectives. #LI-JS4
