We’re looking for someone who has extensive experience in managing the administrative needs of a small team and demonstrates exceptional organisational, coordination, and time management skills. A background in executive search coordination or providing administrative support to a recruitment function is ideal. Your proven capacity for critical thinking and proactive anticipation of needs, combined with your ability to effectively manage competing priorities and a high-volume workload, will be key to your success in this role.
It is essential that you have a demonstrated ability to take initiative, have exceptional attention to detail and be someone who easily embraces and enhances new systems and processes. You’ll also be customer focused and bring proven experience in providing an elite customer experience at all touch points for your stakeholders, both internal and external.
