Senior Executive – Rewards & Management Information System   Union Assurance is a leading corporate and the fastest growing entity in the Life Insurance industry backed by the strength and stability of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of Sri Lanka's largest conglomerates.   The Job: The person will be responsible to manage the design of performance management system, provide data analysis and reporting support, along with deploying fair, consistent, and equitable compensation and rewards for employees at Union Assurance   Principal Accountability: Implement, and manage competitive reward strategies aligned with business goals. Conduct market benchmarking and compensation surveys to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. Support annual salary review and bonus cycles, including data analysis and reporting Oversee the monthly compensation process in coordination with Finance and external vendors. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and timely disbursement of salaries. Maintain accurate compensation records and documentation. Perform monthly/quarterly incentive calculations and ensure timely payouts. Monitor effectiveness of incentive programs and recommend improvements Analyze data and make recommendations Use predictive analytics to identify workforce trends Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on compensation and incentive metrics Ensure all reward practices comply with local labor laws and regulatory requirements. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee compensation data   Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or a related field or Professional certification in Human Resources or Compensation & Benefits Full/ Part qualification in recognized professional institute will be an added advantage Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a rewards/HR analytics role, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector. Expertise in MS Excel and HRIS/compensation systems. Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and statutory requirements Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.     The selected candidate for the above position will be entitled to an attractive remuneration package.
