JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • General degree (Social Sciences will be an advantage) with at least 5 years’ relevant working experience
  • Experience in project management and data/business analytics
  • Experience in customer service management/operations/IT systems
  • Mature, meticulous and possess high level of discretion and integrity
  • Effective interpersonal skills, and proficient in spoken and written English
  • Process minded with strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
  • Resourceful team player who is able to work independently and display initiative
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Advanced skills in Excel.
  • Experience in website administration eg. design of pages, uploading of content, maintenance of updates is preferable
  • Willing to work in the evenings
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

The successful candidate will provide administrative and office management to the counselling centre.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reporting to the Admin & Operations Manager, the incumbent will perform general operations and administrative duties including, but not limited to, administrative documentations, internal communications, expense reimbursement, procurement and logistics support
  • Perform frontline duties for the counselling and life coaching services, ensuring high level of customer service standards
  • Oversee, organise and co-ordinate meetings/events organised by the centre, including gathering of feedback and evaluation
  • Organise corporate planning, inter-department collaborations and project initiatives.
  • Assist in documenting and auditing system policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
  • Identify and resolve IT systems-related issues and those relating to client appointments booking system
  • Perform daily/monthly checks to identify operational errors
  • Perform business data analytics for reports/dashboard to management
  • Assist in the volunteers management programme
  • Act as liaison officer for student interns attached to the centre
