Senior Executive - Safety, Sustainability & Compliance Location: Katunayake Job Responsibilities Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) system, standards and group guidelines and promote a strong safety culture Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification across operations Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions Coordinate safety training programmes and fire drills Manage key compliance certifications (C-TPAT, ISO 9001/14001/18001, SMETA, GRS, RCS) and maintain all required documentation Drive sustainability and environmental initiatives Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to safety culture and compliance standards Candidate Profile Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline and or Professional qualifications with exposure to OHS, compliance and sustainability Minimum 4 years of experience in the fields of OHS compliance & sustainability Excellent command of the English and Sinhala languages (written and oral) Pay and benefits of the above position will be competitive and the rewards are performance driven.
