Senior Executive – Sales Administration The Senior Executive – Sales Administration is responsible for supporting sales operations through effective coordination, accurate documentation, reporting, and process management. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day sales administration and maintaining strong collaboration between sales, finance, and other internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end sales administration activities, including order processing and documentation. Support the sales team with quotations, contracts, pricing, and customer records. Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in CRM and sales systems. Prepare sales reports, summaries, and performance data as required. Coordinate with finance on invoicing, payments, and revenue tracking. Ensure compliance with internal sales processes and policies. Assist in improving sales administration procedures and workflows. Act as a point of contact for internal and external sales-related queries. Candidate Profile: Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Proven experience in sales administration, sales support, or a similar role. Good working knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office (especially Excel). Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A proactive and problem-solving mindset. Experience in a senior or executive-level sales admin role. Exposure to reporting, data analysis, or sales operations.
