We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to lead the Sales Excellence & Analytics function, which will research, capture, and analyze sales data and market insights to generate reports and recommendations for strategic and operational business development and risk mitigation decision making to carry out informed and data driven negotiations with customers whilst driving the Digital and Product TA / Offense strategies to support frontend business organizational demands. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Guide and support the team to conduct market research, identify opportunities, analyze competitors, develop business models, perform cost–benefit analysis, and provide insights to support leadership decision-making. Lead and guide the customer analytics and pre-order costing function by analyzing targets, sales trends, forecasts, seasonal fluctuations, and volumes, and provide strategic insights to support business decisions and drive profitability improvement initiatives. Drive business analytics to support planning, strategy, budgets, and timely decision-making, and lead turnaround initiatives and revenue-focused projects to improve profitability. Lead Hoshin planning and annual budgets, monitor monthly performance, identify gaps, and support teams to improve overall divisional performance. Manage special projects as needed, coordinate with internal teams to gather resources, and ensure timely and accurate completion to support business development. Develop controls to highlight risks and opportunities early, improve process efficiency, and reduce non-value-adding manual work through automation, digitization, and lean initiatives. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide financial reports and insights, supporting management decisions and improving pre-order and program-level profitability. Lead and coach the team by addressing skill gaps, developing HIPOs, and enhancing motivation to retain talent and strengthen the organization’s bench. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Degree in Finance or Business Management. Professional qualification in CIMA will be advantageous. 3 - 4 years of relevant work experience in a similar capability. Good understanding of the business and its stakeholders. Excellent research and analytical skills with IT literacy. Good Interpersonal and presentation Skills.
