Job Description Leads the design, delivery and technical roadmap of digital learning solutions that improve skills development and business performance. This role defines product strategy, designs scalable architectures, evaluates and integrates emerging technologies (especially AI), and partners with L&D, HR, IT and business stakeholders to create measurable learning experiences and automation that drive adoption and outcomes. Key responsibilities: Work closely with business, HR and LD leaders to diagnose and develop the digital learning roadmaps that can drive our people (HH) development for the future. Actively leverage GLD learning ecosystem and local emerging technologies to develop innovative learning solutions, optimize portfolio management, and enhance user experience for an efficient learning journey. Work as the Product manager to orchestrate the full-life-cycle of learning engagements solutions, from conduct business needs analysis and learner research, to lead technical architecture and integration with AI and leading technology adoption, to effective key stakeholders’ management and establish data tracking, analysis and insights. Streamline and optimize the learning platforms and solutions to generate integrated and insightful learning data analysis at business and learn’ levels with an elvolving learning operations standards and learning data governance. Required skills & experience Education: Bachelors in Computer/ Learning Sciences, Human Resources or related field. Master’s preferred for senior roles. Experience: 6+ years in HR/ LD product management roles ; 3+ years focused on learning technology, HR tech, or education technology; healthcare industry and matrix organization experience preferred. Technical skills: basic ML/AI understanding and hands-on experience evaluating or deploying AI solutions (NLP/chatbots, recommendation systems, content generation, assessment scoring) and understanding of risks (bias, hallucination); fluent English communication capabilities Tools: familiarity with LMS/LXP vendors, analytics tools (Looker/Tableau/PowerBI), product management tools (Jira/Confluence), and data stacks.
