QUALIFICATION REQUIRED AND AREA OF DISCIPLINE:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business IT / Information Technology/ Diagnostic Radiography/ Health Informatics / a related fields.
  • This is a full-time permanent position.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND CAPABILITIES (SKILLS, EXPERIENCES, AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSES)

  • Preferred at least 2 years of specialized or relevant experience in contract management and vendor relations or Information Technology environment (IT professionals) or project management, preferably in a healthcare setting. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too.
  • Basic understanding of IT and network systems.

Responsibilities

ABOUT DEPARTMENT AND PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

This role serves as the operational bridge between Radiological clinical services and IT systems, ensuring that technology solutions are aligned with clinical workflows and service delivery. The Radiology IT Operations & Projects Administrator is responsible for managing and executing informatics initiatives, including AI platforms, imaging technologies, and digital systems. By coordinating across Radiology, Informatics, and IT teams, the position ensures secure, efficient, and scalable integration of systems that support diagnostic imaging operations. The role also oversees contract governance, system renewals, and intra-cluster service arrangements, while driving process improvements and supporting staff competency in Radiology IT workflows.
