Act as a conduit between field sales, account management, consumer marketing to drive shopper understanding and its integration into our business planning. Analyse promotional effectiveness and uses the information to develop and revise promotion & activation plans. Responsibilities include: Channel & Shopper Activation • Coordinate and facilitate monthly Sales and Marketing Planning meeting to capture and lockdown all marketing activity and National account plans • Consolidate and communicate all marketing & trade activity plan using Integrated Marketing Activity Calendar. • Lead the development of effective POP materials, merchandising, concourse structures, off location display and visibility. • Drive online-offline (O+O) shopper program activities, digital contents with ecomm team. • Drive Shopper Loyalty program such as GWP and promotion packs. • Ensure activation plan sufficiency to drive sell in & sell out. PA Program Planning & Roadshow Management • Upskill Promoter Capability through health test and detailing materials. • Improve PA productivity and sales conversion via trade in, trade up mechanics and store/routing review. • Lead and manage Roadshow events, continuously review effectiveness, and improve ROI. In-Store Execution Excellence • Monthly sales bulletin consolidation and cascade with clear promotion & display guideline. Execution Tracking & Reporting • Conduct regular market visit and promotion evaluation to identify category issues and opportunities with recommendations. • Prepare Monthly Competitor Activities & pricing review. • Establish and monitor campaign tracker, review promotion and campaign ROI. • Monthly tracking and management of A&P expenses. Who are you? • Bachelor’s degree business marketing or other related discipline • Minimum 5 years of working experience in FMCG from Trade Marketing function with channel management. • Good fundamentals of category tactic; product assortment, merchandising, promotion and pricing. • Strategic thinking, strong analytical with problem-solving abilities and able to translate strategy plan into actions. • Well-versed in Microsoft Excel, Power Point with good presentation & story selling skills. • Dynamic, result-oriented and self-motivated • Has demonstrated the ability to work in a team setting and has contributed to the achievement of a team's success.
