About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Executive Specialist In this role, you will: Perform various complex and confidential administrative tasks for executives Identify opportunities for improving or implementing processes and tools within executive business management functional group Review moderately complex escalated customer issues or initiatives that require planning, evaluation, and interpretation directed to executives Independently resolve work and provide day to day work leadership and mentorship to team Lead team on implementation of new or revised processes and procedures and customer satisfaction that require coordination among various teams Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Interact with shareholders, regulatory agents, media, and internal and external customers Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only: Experience in Executive Administration, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Posting End Date: 17 Oct 2025 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
