We are looking for an active team member to direct and to ensure adherence to national/ international health and safety and compliance standards, implementing continuous improvements in this regard whilst fulfilling customer compliance requirements and organizational policies. Key Responsibilities: * Maintain Compliance, Health and Safety Standards as per law & customer requirements. * Conduct internal audits and update the management on required areas. * Coordinate the audit process with the auditors to better the audit process. * Coordinate sub contract facilities for compliance requirements and conduct audits. * Conduct internal trainings for upgrade H&S and compliance standards. * Support other department functions. Skills and Qualifications: * Degree in Sustainability / Business Management or relevant field * 2‐3 years' experience in a similar role. * Knowledge in environmental sustainability and Social Sustainability. * Good communication skills. * Peoples skills Problem‐solving and Analytical skills

Responsibilities

Ensure adherence to national and international health, safety, and compliance standards while fulfilling customer requirements. Conduct internal audits, coordinate with external auditors, and provide training to upgrade compliance standards.
