Get involved in the partnership between organization and TA partners. Participate in diversified recruitment programs including job fairs, campus hiring, skill development programs etc. Use a systematic approach to identify improvement opportunities, root-cause analysis, recommending solutions, and implementing process improvements in accordance with client/company goals towards hiring the best talent from the market.
