Senior Executive – Human Resources (Based at Dehiwala) MAS Holdings is Sri Lanka’s largest exporter and South Asia’s largest design-to-delivery solution providers in apparel and textile manufacturing. RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure that all employees have their JD’s and assist in the updating same by coordinating and liaising with the relevant HOD’s and Divisional HR expert team. Monitor the team’s manpower requirements by reviewing, understanding same on a regular basis whilst, communicating the requirements to the expert team to ensure the right candidate is sourced at the right time. Facilitate the Performance Management Process of the Nike Business Unit by coordinating with department heads and work with them in ensuring KPI’s are set and performance reviews are conducted in a timely manner. Understand the changing needs of the business and culture in an in-depth manner by allocating sufficient time with the Business team to support the managers in achieving HR related requirements. Monitor the HR KPI’s (Head count, absenteeism, turnover, exits etc.) for the division in an accurate manner and report same to both Divisional Manager - HR Planning/ Compensation & Performance and the Director – Human Resources. Ensure that the environment, safety and health standards of the organization are adhered to while actively contribute towards promoting a culture of safety and environmental consciousness within and outside the organization. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Degree/ Diploma in a relevant field (HRM Advantageous). 2 - 3 years of work experience in Human Resources. Good communication skills (Written and verbal). Interpersonal Skills.
Responsibilities
The Senior Executive will ensure that all employees have updated job descriptions and monitor manpower requirements. They will also facilitate the performance management process and support managers in achieving HR-related requirements.
