WHAT YOU GET TO DO IN THIS ROLE:
The Global Senior Executive Talent Sourcer is part of our Executive Search team, entrusted as a strategic resource to identify and engage top-tier SaaS executive Go-to-Market/Sales talent. In executive sourcing, building exceptional Go-to-Market/Sales leadership teams is paramount and central to our daily efforts. ServiceNow executive sourcing is integral to the success of our customers, as well as for the growth and innovation of ServiceNow.
In this role, the Executive Talent Sourcer, will specialize in identifying and engaging highly skilled SaaS executive Go-to-Market/Sales talent (Sr. Director+) across sales and revenue leadership roles. You will focus on sourcing senior directors and above who are building the foundational go-to-market and sales strategies that power modern enterprises. This role will primarily support EMEA regions, and occasionally APAC regions on an as-needed basis.
A successful candidate will be committed to providing exceptional sourcing experiences, using skills that include building trust, showing strategic insight and excellent communication to connect with executive Go-to-Market/Sales leaders through various advanced sourcing strategies including Boolean search mastery, x-ray techniques, conference mining, and industry network cultivation, as well as direct outreach and relationship building.
