We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to monitor and oversee the cutting approval process whilst ensuring module feeding is completed in an efficient and timely manner by monitoring the process, resolving any issues and providing leadership and motivation to the assigned teams. Key Responsibilities: Resource allocation and optimization Together with senior management. Ensure all mechanisms are in place to identify. Develop and sustain talent within the respective plans, whilst closely monitoring all our resources required (Machine, Method). Monitor the Critical Path flow and get the necessary details on time to meet the product development process. Drive required Performance improvement projects and use MOS principals in day-to-day activities to ensure that the technical team members are aligned to the Lean. Knowledge and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Textile or Clothing Technology. 2-3 years' experience in Technical in Apparel industry. Knowledge in Technical Sewing operation methods and machine settings and tools knowledge. Good communication and coordination skills.
