Description

Analyse business requirements and identify test scenarios. Prepare and execute test cases to validate application functionality. Perform system, functional, integration, regression, compatibility, and GUI testing. Design and execute test cases and prepare detailed test reports. Maintain traceability matrices to map business requirements to test cases. Apply knowledge of SDLC and STLC throughout the testing lifecycle. Use Jira for Agile project tracking and collaborate with stakeholders. Conduct incident/ticket testing and defect management. Retest defect fixes and confirm closure. Coordinate with OSF stakeholders as per project/release needs. Ensure documentation and reporting for knowledge management. A graduate or post-graduate in Computer Science or Information Technology. Possess 4-6 years of manual testing experience in the telecom domain. Proficient in SQL, Unix commands, and API testing. Experienced in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira. Skilled in preparing test documentation and traceability matrices. Strong understanding of CRM journeys in telecom. Excellent planning, communication, and interpersonal skills. Able to work effectively in a multicultural and dynamic environment. ISTQB certification is desirable.
