1. Overall responsibility for Warehouse operations. 2. Maintaining Gross Margin at format level. 3. Managing Team off-roll and on-rolls Attrition within 5% 4. Maintaining Customer Level Operations SLA. 5. Proper Audit/stock take, and Shrinkage under Limits as provided by Business Team 6. Maintaining Customer Level Transporation SLA. 7. Maintaining HSE Standard at DC and submission of reports 8. MIS and Productivity Monitoring.

Responsibilities

The Senior Executive is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations and ensuring that gross margins are maintained at the format level. They will manage team attrition, maintain customer service levels, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
