THE JOB / SENIOR EXPERIENTIAL MANAGER, PARTNER MARKETING (PAYMENT SERVICES CLIENT)

EXPERIENCES / Responsible for planning and executing event and experiential marketing programs.
Our headquarters is in Stamford, CT, but the location of this position can be flexible with a priority given to candidates open to hybrid work (3 days week in office) in our Stamford, CT office.
The Partner Marketing Team is seeking a Senior Experiential Manager to strengthen our partnership with a major payment services client, focusing on their key travel partner. In this role, you’ll oversee and coordinate logistics for a variety of events, with a primary emphasis on culinary experiences for this specific partner. You’ll be responsible for daily client communication, managing ongoing programs, and supporting the planning of new initiatives to help achieve the client’s partner marketing objectives. Your contributions will be essential in driving the success of our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all stages of event programming, from conceptualization to execution (both in-person and virtual), and post-event follow-up.
  • Handle client communications across multiple programs, ensuring consistent and effective collaboration.
  • Create and execute tailored event strategies and logistics to meet client-specific objectives.
  • Juggle multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from large-scale custom events to smaller initiatives.
  • Manage event-related materials, including digital programs, invitations, and premium item orders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and venues.
  • Ensure efficient budget management by tracking expenses and overseeing financial processes.
