Job Description The Communications & Employee Engagement Senior Specialist is responsible for the managing employee engagement and experience at MINOC India. This includes running activities, campaigns, initiatives, surveys, focus groups as well as analysing and creating reports and recommendations on how best to improve the engagement experience to the leadership team.
