Job Description The Communications & Employee Engagement Senior Specialist oversees employee engagement and experience across MINOC India and NIQ India GCCs. The role involves designing and executing activities, campaigns, initiatives, surveys, and focus groups, while also analyzing outcomes and preparing reports with actionable recommendations to enhance the overall engagement experience for the leadership team. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal communications and employee engagement activities, initiatives, and campaigns. Design, plan, and execute communication strategies for key events such as townhalls, newsletters, internal videos, R&R, CSR and DEI programs, and employee engagement campaigns. Review employee survey results, identify improvement areas, and create actionable items for teams to implement, ensuring continuous enhancement of employee experience. Develop and deliver creative content, including videos, graphics, and written materials, tailored for internal platforms and online media to drive engagement and alignment. Oversee the production and distribution of newsletters and internal communication collateral, ensuring timely and impactful messaging. Partner with leadership to organize townhalls and employee engagement events, ensuring clear communication of organizational priorities and fostering a sense of community. Monitor and analyze data across communication channels, identifying trends and improvement areas to better serve stakeholders and enhance communication effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with preference for graduates in Communications or Journalism. Minimum 6 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or related fields. Hands-on experience with Populo or HubSpot platforms for managing communication campaigns and analytics. Strong analytical and creative skills, with the ability to translate insights into impactful communication strategies. Demonstrated project management aptitude, including critical path planning, task sequencing, and problem-solving. Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory, with excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro, Canva or equivalent) is a must. Ability to create engaging multimedia content and manage end-to-end communication deliverables across diverse channels.
