Description
Work to SHE standards and encourages fellow colleagues to work to the same standards Work closely with AM (and customer if necessary) to fully understand customer's request on formula and to ensure the obtained information are complete and accurate for formula creation. Focus on valuable customers' supports as CRM system and department policy. Pre-check the regulatory compliance of customer's formula request with the support of QA and corporate regulatory team Create formula in PTO system according to the standard process. Communicate created formula to AM for customer's confirmation Participate in the formula maintaining for ready for production Work with QA on a regular basis to sort out newly created formula and to prepare required documents for SC notification with local authority Prepare lab scale samples for customers per request for special cases Participate in novel ingredient applications needed by the customers per requests Prepare SOP where needed Provide technical support to sales/marketing, production, purchasing, QA/QC and customers where needed Visit customers along with AM/BDM per request Participate in pipeline projects per segment request Experience in Premix formulating is highly desired Experience in QS notification of food formula will be considered as an advantage
Responsibilities
The Senior Expert in Formulation will work closely with account managers and customers to understand and create formulas according to customer requests. They will ensure regulatory compliance and provide technical support across various departments while maintaining formulas for production readiness.
