Perform assignments to obtain and defend IP rights including Patents and Trademarks and ensure that the corresponding data in the IP Management System (IPMS) is up-to-date and correct Execute existing procedures (e.g. relating to invention disclosures, contracts, patent and trademark applications), docket IP related information and manage deadlines Manage IPMS configuration requirements including prioritization of changes and decision about outsourcing of associated tasks Implement all necessary tasks arising from M&A and transfers of patent portfolios goals and put the team's results above your own interests. As a Senior Specialist IP Administration, you promote an awareness for continuous quality in your area of work. Furthermore, you set yourself ambitious goals. University degree or relevant (3+ years) vocational/professional training in the field of Law, Paralegal studies or related field At least 2+ years of experience as a patent Paralegal or similar role Extensive knowledge of patent docketing, filing, review and deadline management is mandatory Exceptional ability to work on improving cross-functional workflows and implement configuration changes in the IPMS workflow support is a must Skilled use of Microsoft Office Ability to collaborate with others and work independently Willingness to learn constantly and train others Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Meticulous attention to details and accuracy Fluency in English, entry level skills in German or French We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
