Your Contribution: In this role, you will: Lead the management of IT demand and project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Support stakeholders in formalizing IT requests and guide them through the demand process. Identify and resolve risks, overlaps, and interdependencies across projects. Align portfolio planning with long-term IT investment strategies. Provide transparent and structured reporting on IT performance and KPIs. Your work will ensure that our IT organization operates with clarity, efficiency, and strategic focus. What makes you stand out You are a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to IT portfolio management. Your ability to connect business needs with IT capabilities makes you a trusted advisor across the organization. You bring: A strong customer and business value mindset. 5+ years of experience in IT controlling, administration, or portfolio management. Expertise in business case development and strategic planning. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, PowerApps, and portfolio tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Telecommunications—ideally with an MBA. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
