  • At least five years of professional experience in IT solution design, software development and/or IT project management.
  • Excellent understanding of complex IT landscapes and their interrelationships, as well as in-depth experience with CI/CD toolchains (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), and knowledge of development with Oracle Goldgate, SQL, and knowledge of Java, Kafka, and REST.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps principles and knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR). Certifications such as Certified DevSecOps Professional, AWS Security Specialty, CISSP, or CKA/CKAD are advantageous.
  • Experience with agile methods such as Scrum or SAFe, as well as a willingness to train and raise awareness among teams regarding security issues and DevSecOps processes.
  • Extensive experience in implementing solutions for large data volumes, including real-time data integration with Oracle GoldenGate, PL/SQL, REST services, batch files and performance tuning, as well as confident handling of Oracle database objects and UNIX/Linux.
  • Good knowledge of shell scripting, administration of Oracle WebLogic application servers, and experience with job scheduling tools (e.g., Control-M), ETL support, and Java are advantageous.
  • Confident handling of cloud platforms (AWS, OCI). Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) as well as monitoring and log analysis tools (e.g. Grafana, Splunk, Datadog) are advantageous.
