We are looking for a Senior Large IT Project Manager (m/f/d) to join their team in Berlin as soon as possible.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for demanding large-scale IT projects that drive technological and organizational transformation. This role offers:

- Planning, management, and implementation of complex projects in the areas of AI, data analysis, digital administration, and digital identity and authorization credentials

- Further development of project management methodologies and active participation in the proposal and contract process

- Establishing clear project structures, defining efficient processes, and ensuring compliance with all framework conditions

- Responsibility for achieving targets regarding quality, time, costs, and scope of services

- Close collaboration and coordination of all stakeholders, clients, teams, and external partners

- Comprehensive controlling, risk management, reporting, and handling of change requests - Preparation of sound decision-making criteria

for management Ideally, you will possess the following qualifications for this position: - A successfully completed degree, e.g., in computer science, business administration, or a related field. B. in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or Business Administration – or a comparable qualification – Several years of experience leading large IT projects (software) in regulated industries (energy, transportation, telecommunications, banking, insurance, healthcare (pharmaceuticals/medtech) with multi-million euro budgets ) – Solid experience with agile and traditional project management methodologies – Experience in contract and proposal processes as well as in systems or solutions business – A strong hands-on mentality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead teams professionally – Very good English skills and willingness to travel occasionally for projects – Optional: Certifications such as PMI, ITIL, PRINCE2, or comparable standards.
