Phase 2: Lead Technician & Senior Specialist£35,000 – £40,000 OTEYou’ll take the lead on complex jobs, begin mentoring new team members, and earn significant performance bonuses.

Job Overview
You’re our boots on the ground — the face of YetiClean in South London. You’ll meet customers, complete roof and exterior cleaning jobs, and ensure every client is impressed with the service.
Each day, you’ll be sent a schedule of jobs with addresses and key details. From there, it’s your responsibility to complete them to the highest standards, ensuring safety, quality, and professionalism.

Duties

• Perform professional roof cleaning, gutter clearing, and exterior surface washing.
• Set up and safely operate all specialist cleaning equipment.
• Ensure all job sites are left clean and customer-ready.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with customers.
• Complete before/after photos and job documentation.
• Identify additional service opportunities for customers.

Training

We provide full training before you go live:

• 2-day classroom training (safety, cleaning methods, equipment).
• 2 days on-site shadowing your local Area Manager.
• Ongoing coaching, certifications, and progression reviews.

Earnings Potential

• Phase 1 (Specialist in Training): £27,000 – £35,000.
• Phase 2 (Senior Specialist): £35,000 – £40,000.
• Phase 3 (Team Leader/Operations): £40,000+ OTE.
• Bonuses: Based on upsells, customer satisfaction, and team performance.

Hours & Location

• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday, with optional overtime).
