The Senior Exterior Systems Engineer will be responsible for designing, prototyping, validating, and releasing systems and components for advanced EV vehicle programs. The engineer will work closely with studio designers to develop new design concepts and collaborate with other vehicle engineering teams and cross-functional teams on technical, feasibility, and cost trade-off studies. The engineer will explore creative ideas covering a variety of systems, including fascia, rocker, aero shields, and other trims, as well as front and rear end structures and component integrations, glazing, and wiper/washer systems, to celebrate engineering and aesthetics design possibilities, from the concept phase all the way to manufacturing and quality teams for the launch.

Responsibilities

The Senior Exterior Systems Engineer will design, prototype, validate, and release systems and components for advanced EV vehicle programs. They will collaborate with studio designers and other engineering teams on technical feasibility and cost trade-off studies.
