The Senior Facilitator is a seasoned learning and development professional responsible for delivering high-impact training programs that promote skill development, performance improvement, and organizational growth. This role involves leading workshops, coaching sessions, and learning interventions across various topics while mentoring junior facilitators and contributing to training design and evaluation. The Senior Facilitator plays a key role in fostering an engaging learning environment, adapting delivery methods to suit diverse audiences, and aligning training outcomes with strategic objectives.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in training facilitation or adult education, preferably in a corporate or professional setting.
  • Recognised certification in training/facilitation (e.g., CIPD, ILM,Train-the-Trainer) is an advantage.

    • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning technologies.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in learning and development, with a strong focus on training facilitation and adult education.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing instructional materials, including participant guides, facilitator manuals, slide decks, and e-learning content.
  • Hands-on experience with learning technologies, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), virtual facilitation tools (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx), and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Canva).
  • Strong background in facilitating soft skills, leadership development, product , hospitality and customer experience training programs.
  • Experience managing end-to-end training projects, including scoping, stakeholder engagement, content development, delivery, and post-training evaluation.
  • Previous responsibility training, mentoring or coaching junior facilitators or trainers is highly desirable.
